At VEGAMOX INDIA PVT LTD, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to make cancellations and refunds as seamless as possible. Please review the following policy details for cancellations and refunds.

1 General Cancellations

Order Cancellation Timing: Cancellations are accepted if requested immediately after placing an order. However, once an order has been communicated to our vendors/merchants and the shipping process has begun, the cancellation request may not be entertained.
Exclusions: We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers or food. However, if there is an issue with the product quality, a refund or replacement may be arranged upon verification.

2 Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of receipt.
  • The item will undergo a quality check by the merchant, after which a refund or replacement decision will be made.
  • If the received product differs significantly from its description or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service Team within 30 days of receiving it.
  • After reviewing your complaint, an appropriate action will be determined.

3 Manufacturer Warranty

For products covered by a manufacturer's warranty, we advise contacting the manufacturer directly for any issues.

4 Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 16–30 business days.
